On December 21st, to accompany the movie’s release, the official music video for Faith from the movie Sing released as well!
You may think it’d be difficult to accompany a legend with a voice like Wonder’s, but Grande’s own high register compliments his well. In the visual for the upbeat track, Wonder’s lets loose his signature vocals — his fingers dancing along the piano as he sings — and then it cuts to Grande, dancing and singing down a city street as chalk outlines of the movie’s various animal characters come to life on the wall behind her.
Eventually, Grande and the animated cast come to join Wonder on stage to close the song, in a fun and cheery clip that will have you grooving along with the duo.

On September 29th, frontman and hitmaker Ryan Tedder, 37, opens up about working with Ariana and Stevie Wonder in a Billboard interview. Check it out below!
This has been a big year for you, but what was the highlight?
The thing that I’m probably the most proud of, other than finishing our album, happened about five weeks ago with Stevie Wonder and Ariana Grande. I did a song, “Faith,” for them to sing for an upcoming [animated] movie called Sing. Stevie came in around 6 p.m., Ariana arrived at 10, and we stayed up until 3 in the morning and talked music for hours.

On May 6th, Justin Timberlake took part in the radio program of On Air With Ryan Seacrest and talked about the soundtrack of the upcoming animated movie Trolls, since he is producing the soundtrack.
During the chat, he confirmed that he and producer Max Martin wrote a song for Ariana Grande and Gwen Stefani, who will both be a part of the soundtrack.
“We started working on the soundtrack and I just felt really inspired and it kind of worked its way in me to working on another record,” he teased. “[The album is] in such an infant stage right now, so I don’t have any plans [to release it yet].”
The movie now has the theme song Can’t Stop The Feeling, launched by the singer this Friday. The film will premiere this November in theatres.
Ariana Grande has been interviewed by The Daily Telegraphy to talk about various things, such as Scream Queens, Moonlight, The Honeymoon Tour, and many more! Read the article below!
ARIANA Grande has lamented the double standards of the pop industry, claiming women unfairly are judged differently to their male counterparts.
“There’s a lot of comparison as a female in this industry and I think that it is all well intentioned but I think that everyone is an individual and should be celebrated as such,” she says.
Grande’s comment came after Insider likened her to a young Jennifer Lopez because of the way she’s built a business out of her pop career which recently saw her launch her own perfume, ARI.
“I had never actually heard that one before,” she said.
“That is an amazing compliment and I appreciate the fact that they would compare me to someone that is such an incredible entertainer and businesswoman, that’s a huge compliment.
“But I do think we need to work on celebrating women’s individuality in the music industry because it is not fair that men are not compared to each other the same way that women are.
“You don’t do that to Bruno Mars and Ed Sheeran. You don’t do that to Abel (Tesfaye) and Drake. People don’t do that, they just don’t so I think we need to work on that but I appreciate the compliment.”
Despite her young age, the 22-year-old Grande is not shy when it comes to speaking her mind. On top of selling millions of albums and topping the charts with hits including Love Me Harder, Bang Bang, Problem and Break Free, her other business ventures include clothing and fashion.
But having a business mind hasn’t come naturally to the former Nickelodeon actress.
“I am learning a lot about the business,” she says. “I have been such a creative artsy theatre kid my whole life. For me it has only always been about the music, but now that I’ve been thrown into this world and put into situations where I have to think with a business brain, I have learned a lot and I think I am now able to deal with both.
“I normally just focus on the creative — the music and art and creating— but I can flick a switch when I need to.
“I think that comes from my mum who is an incredible businesswoman and she has taught me so much just by watching her work and the advice she has given me.
“It was hard for me because I’ve been such a creative person my whole life that I never tend to think with that brain but now I think I am in a position where I have both sides of myself developed equally.”
Specifically on her perfume venture, it was the No.1 selling fragrance in its first week in the US. “It is sweet, sexy and floral. There’s a little bit of vanilla orchid, there’s a little bit of juicy raspberry and there’s a little bit of marshmallow and musk and sandalwood,” she says.
Grande spoke to Insider on the phone from New York, where she’s performed her global Honeymoon tour this week. The show’s were the 74th and 75th of her world tour that kicked off in Missouri in February and wraps in Brazil later this month.
Grande’s big goal going forward is to spend time with her family in Florida.
While she didn’t make it to Australia this tour, has vowed to begin her next world tour Down Under.
“My goal — I don’t know if this is going to happen or not so don’t hold me to it — but my personal goal would be to start my next tour in Australia,” she says. “Since I’m not able to make it over there for this tour, I would love to give my Australian fans the honour of opening my next show and spending a lot of time there then.”
Going forward, Grande is also working on new music with single, Focus, out at the end of this month. An album will follow.
“When it comes to being creative I am very open-minded and I just like to go with the flow and let whatever happens happens,” she says. “Whatever sounds I am hearing, whatever is happening in my life, I am inspired and in the moment and let it happen.”
Grande recently appeared in new cult hit Scream Queens as well as a guest spot in the upcoming Zoolander 2.
“I love acting but I’m not going to say anything yet because I don’t want to ruin any surprises,” she says.
“My plate is very full at the moment with the fragrance and the new album and Scream Queens and my tour, but there’s always time to calm myself and do a bit more.”
On July 10th, it was announced that Ariana Grande will make her big-screen debut in the comedy sequel Zoolander 2! The news was revealed as a direct result of Grande’s donut licking incident. Last week, she was seen in Rome, Italy for a set of projects, the only one we know is the shooting of Zoolander 2!
Susan Sarandon was one of the few celebrities to support Grande during the controversy, tweeting on Thursday, “lick a doughnut in solidarity with @ArianaGrande. A sweet, talented, true American.”
Today, lick a doughnut in solidarity with @ArianaGrande. A sweet, talented, true American. ???
— Susan Sarandon (@SusanSarandon) July 9, 2015
In a subsequent interview with Vulture, Sarandon explained her quote by saying, “Well, I just worked with her. We did Zoolander 2 together, in Rome. She couldn’t be more professional or sweet.” She further defended Grande by stating, “Clearly [her remarks were] taken out of context,” and expressed that people should focus instead on the “effects of GMOs, which affect your health a lot more than licking a doughnut.” Sarandon ended by expressing, “She’s smart, and she’s a really great, very talented person. It’s just ridiculous they’re jumping on her the way they are.”
Zoolander 2, which was co-written and directed by Ben Stiller, also stars Owen Wilson, Will Ferrell, Penelope Cruz, and Kristen Wiig. In addition to Grande’s cameo, Justin Bieber will also be in the comedy sequel, which is slated to hit theaters on February 12, 2016. What do you think about Ariana Grande being in Zoolander 2?
WELL, NOW YOU KNOW.

Via The Hollywood Reporter, “Underdogs”: “centers on a shy but talented foosball player (Morrison) who must defend his town and the girl he loves, Laura (Grande), from [the] nefarious soccer player Ace (Hoult).”
Pop star Ariana Grande, “X-Men” actor Nicholas Hoult and Katie Holmes are set to voice the leads in the Weinstein Company’s animated family comedy “Underdogs,” it was announced Tuesday. The voice cast also includes Matthew Morrison (“Glee”), Eugenio Derbez (“Instructions Not Included”), John Leguizamo, Chazz Palminteri and “Saturday Night Live” stars Taran Killam and Bobby Moynihan.
Oscar-winning Argentinean filmmaker Juan Jose Campanella is directing the movie, which is being re-voiced in English before the Weinstein Company releases the film in both 2D and 3D on April 10, 2015. The U.S. cut of the film will also feature a script that has been reworked for a domestic audience.
“Underdogs” follows Jake (Morrison) a shy, but talented, foosball player. His passion for the game is rivaled only by his love for free-spirited Laura (Grande). With her encouragement, he beats the town bully, Ace (Hoult), in a foosball game. But everything changes when Ace becomes the world’s best soccer player and returns years later to turn their village into a new sports stadium. He starts to destroy everything and kidnaps Laura in the process. Just when it looks like all hope is lost, the toy figures from Jake’s foosball table come to life. He and the players embark on a wild adventure to save Laura and reclaim their village. With the help of his team, his town, and a little bit of magic, Jake will try to save the day.
“This talented cast takes our script and enhances it, with brilliant improvisation and wonderful chemistry. I’m so proud of these super talented actors and comedians,” said TWC co-chairman Harvey Weinstein.
