On July 30, 2015, Fox canceled the show Knock Knock Live!, an American reality show starring Ryan Seacrest on Fox, after two episodes due to extremely low ratings after only two episodes. Ariana Grande‘s surprise didn’t air on TV in those episodes, so we didn’t get to watch it.
Luckily, on August 10th, we got the video online and were able to watch Ariana’s part in the show. She surprised a fan named Audestie at Ariana’s Louisville Honeymoon Tour show!
The singer gave time to meet and greet the girl backstage before the show, meeting the crew, and she even gave Audestie VIP passes for her and her friend!
Even more, Ariana gave her a huge gift and gave her college tuition of $15,000! Tears of joy were all over the room. She was really grateful. Watch the video below!
Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande are among the new stars scheduled to appear on Fox’s upcoming unscripted series “Knock Knock Live, ” hosted by Ryan Seacrest.
Fox announced that Bieber, Grande, Rob Gronkowski, Rita Ora, Martha Stewart, Robin Thicke and Bubba Watson will join a lineup of celebrity guests that previously included David Beckham, Luke Bryan, Common, Florida Georgia Line, Mike Holmes, Lea Michele and Meghan Trainor.
“Knock Knock Live” is scheduled to premiere July 21 at 9 p.m. The show will feature Seacrest and co-hosts surprising people at home with games, cash prizes and chances to interact with celebrities. It is produced by Simon Fuller’s XIX Entertainment and Dick Clark Productions.
Seacrest and an unnamed guest will tease the show Tuesday night with an appearance during Fox’s broadcast of the Major League Baseball All-Star Game, in which they will surprise a fan at home.
Ariana Grande had a massive 2014, and it looks like 2015 will be no different. Following the release of her sophomore album My Everything, the 21-year-old ascended the throne to full-on pop star status—but this year it looks like she’s planning her return to TV.
Today, during FOX’s segment of the Television Critics Association (TCA) Winter Press Tour, they announced that Ariana will guest star in a recurring role on a show called “Scream Queens,” which they are describing as a “new comedy-horror anthology.”
Fox also revealed that the show will also star Joe Manganiello, “Glee” star Lea Michele, Abigail Breslinand Keke Palmer—Jamie Lee Curtis and Emma Roberts were previously announced as regulars too.
What will Ariana’s role on the show be like? No word yet, but we do know she’s great on camera—her long-time stint on Nickelodeon’s “Sam & Cat” proved that way before her singing career took off.
The show’s initial episodes will focus on a college campus that is shaken by a string of murders, and fifteen one-hour episodes are on the books for the season.
Production begins in spring and will premiere this fall on Fox. The series was co-created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan, and these three along with Dante Di Loreto will also be the show’s executive producers.
